- 60 grams of corn kernels
- 30 mils of oil/cocoa butter
- 60 g of chopped chocolate SaoTome 61%
- 15g of cocoa powder
- Sea salt, to taste
Heat the oil in a large, pan over medium heat. Add the corn and cover with a lid.
Shake the pan occasionally, until all the popping has stopped.
Remove the pan from the heat and pour the popcorn into a large bowl.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler.
Pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn and stir to coat.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder and salt.
